Dear Patients,

We want to reach out to you to let you know that we are here are for you; and to keep you updated on our services throughout this uncertain period. First and foremost, your health, well-being, and hearing is our priority, and we will do whatever we can (within safety guidelines) to continue to provide you with the high-quality services you deserve.

Based on CDC guidelines, we are limiting social interaction in our office to a skeleton staff (one provider at a time). During this time, we are limiting in-office visits to high-priority needs; such as a sudden change in hearing, or if you feel unsafe or cannot communicate because of inadequate hearing aid function. Please note that our phones may have longer wait-times and we may need to close our office based on the circumstances, but if you leave a message, we will return your call within 1-2 business days.

For all your other needs (both minor and major), we are excited to let you know that we are launching telehealth audiology to offer you a full range of services via remote care. This way, you can access the quality care you deserve, from the comfort of your home. Our audiologists are ready to assist you via telecare, video-conferencing, and sending supplies you need. Many internet-enabled hearing aids can now be programmed remotely; which means you can receive a comprehensive real-time programming session, with all the fine-tuning adjustments, wherever you are. We can also send you supplies and other programmed accessories through the mail (directly from the manufacturer) and can set up a video appointment to review use and maintenance. As we expand our telehealth solutions portfolio, we can continue your hearing journey despite difficult times; and keep you socially engaged during social isolation.
