We’ve been using Dr. Mcinerney for 7 years now for my daughter and husband who both wear hearing aids, and recently had to switch to someone else just to get new hearing aids. After a terrible experience there, we couldn’t wait to get back to Dr. Mclnerney in Hackensack! My daughter hugged her and I felt like we were back with family. She is an amazing audiologist, with great judgment, a real sense for what is best for a patient, and really knows the ins and outs of every hearing issue, brand of hearing aid, and all of the software that comes along with learning and troubleshooting any issues. She’s amazing, and teaches well to the younger student/intern audiologists that she’s consistently had there. So happy to have found her 7 years ago 🙂

I was fortunate to have Dr. Stoll kindly assist me throughout the process of ordering custom ear plugs for sleeping. My sleep has never been better! His attention to detail, patience and understanding throughout the revision process is really what allowed these ear plugs to shine. The audiologists and office staff at Hackensack Audiology & Hearing Aid Associates have been a vital and crucial part of our family's journey. Recently, after almost seven years, our son required new hearing aids. We received a comprehensive education on our different options and how each would benefit our son. We were even advised that a new Oticon hearing aid was being developed that would be ideal for our son, and if we waited a little longer, the benefits would be greater. From start to finish, we were guided and given full support. Once our son received his new hearing aids, there were follow-up visits and phone calls. It is always refreshing to know that your child is a priority to others, just like they are to you.
