  • The audiologists and office staff at Hackensack Audiology & Hearing Aid Associates have been a vital and crucial part of our family's journey. Recently, after almost seven years, our son required new hearing aids. We received a comprehensive education on our different options and how each would benefit our son. We were even advised that a new Oticon hearing aid was being developed that would be ideal for our son, and if we waited a little longer, the benefits would be greater. From start to finish, we were guided and given full support. Once our son received his new hearing aids, there were follow-up visits and phone calls.
