Rebecca Craft is completing her audiology residency at Hackensack Audiology and Hearing Aid Associates and Hackensack University Medical Center’s Pediatric Audiology department. She plans to graduate from The Ohio State University’s Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) program in May 2020.
A forever Buckeye, Rebecca graduated from OSU in 2015 with a B.A. in Speech and Hearing Science, and minors in Spanish and Disability Studies. Following her undergraduate degree, she taught English in southeastern Spain before returning to Ohio to begin her audiology degree.
Her clinical interests currently include diagnostics, pediatrics, and the provision of quality care to limited English speaking individuals. She is completing a capstone about the experience of a monolingual Spanish speaker in a local speech and hearing clinic that aims to address best practices and provide resources to audiologists working in diverse cultural and linguistic environments.
Rebecca enjoys seeing people experience life to the fullest! She likes the critical thinking required in audiology, and enjoys working on a team. She also enjoys the outdoors, traveling, and a good book!
