We are safely open and here for you!

Your health, safety, and wellbeing are our top priorities as we continue to keep up our superior standards of hearing care. We are pleased to announce that we are now open with the highest level of screening and cleaning protocols, so that we can provide you with all our services in the safest way.

All patients and personnel entering our building are screened for COVID-19, including a daily temperature check, and provided with a mandatory mask. We are limiting our office to one provider and patient at a time, so that your exposure to others is kept to the minimum. All areas and objects are thoroughly sanitized with stringent disinfecting protocols, and we require masks and appropriate protective gear for all patients and providers. We have eliminated our waiting room area, so you will go straight to our testing and treatment suites. Hand sanitizer is provided to you throughout our premises.

We are also excited to now offer a wide range of services through telehealth! You can now access the quality care you deserve, from the comfort of your home. Our audiologists are ready to assist you via remote programming, video-conferencing, and sending you devices or supplies. Many internet-enabled hearing aids can now be programmed remotely; which means you can receive a comprehensive real-time programming session, with all the fine-tuning adjustments, wherever you are.

Do you have trouble hearing but never pursued hearing aids? In certain cases, you can now get new devices dispensed remotely: we can do a video consult, send you options to try, and provide orientation and programming via telehealth. We always prefer providing you with in-person care, as the accuracy and customization of devices far exceeds any remote dispense. We’ll always recommend that you come in for at least one follow-up, so that we can analyze the fit and benefit with precise tools, but you can schedule that whenever you are comfortable doing so. There’s no reason to wait to hear better – we want you to hear your best especially when you’re home and alone. As we expand our telehealth solutions portfolio, our greatest goal is to keep you socially engaged during social isolation.

Please read some IMPORTANT TIPS AND UPDATES during this time.

  • Social isolation means to keep yourself physically isolated; but please keep your brain socially connected! It’s important to stay stimulated and keep up social engagement. Connect with friends via telephone, watch TV, and listen to audiobooks and music to keep your hearing stimulated.
  • If your hearing loss holds you back from enjoying TV, phone conversations, or audio, please contact us for our list of resources and assistive listening devices. Many are free; and all of them optimize technology to give you the best listening experience.
  • Hearing aids and masks don’t always get along… but both are so important for your well-being! We have several mask solutions to ensure that the aids don’t get lost and that you can comfortably wear both. You can call our office for a range of low or no-cost solutions that we can send directly to you. If you are due for upgraded devices or interested in a new set, we also specialize in custom-made hearing solutions that do not interfere with a mask at all.
  • Do you have extra time at home and looking to improve your hearing? Learn more about auditory training: a form of physical therapy to exercise your hearing abilities. There are free apps and programs that you can use at home to improve your speech understanding, particularly in background noise or degraded listening situations. To learn more, please contact our audiologists at 201-820-4110 or [email protected] to provide a customized plan to suit your needs.
  • Does your hearing aid have an app that you can use to fine-tune and improve your hearing experience? Most hearing aids have a host of added features through an app, and most users do not remember to optimize these features. They are there for you, and we are here for you to review how to use them. Contact us for a remote appointment to review your connectivity and app options, and maximize your hearing experience.

We are here for you to hear – please let us know if there’s any way we can assist you during these trying times.
